Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to the questions we are most often asked. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

Booking & Arrival

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Check-out is by 10:00 am.

If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, please ask us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Note: We recommend avoiding late arrival as it heightens the risk of striking an animal on our roads. It also limits your evening meal options (supermarket or restaurants closing times)

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Generally speaking, we don't ask for a deposit. In some circumstances where a large group booking (multiple cabins/rooms) is requested we may ask for a deposit dependnig on the time of year. However, in the majority of cases booking through this site means you can simply book now and pay on arrival.

We offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival (please refer to our booking page for full terms).

Is there a minimum stay?

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies year round.

Our complete availability can be found from this website by clicking on the blue "See Availability" button at the top of each page.
